I operate the Team in the same way I run my life and that is with MANA. My Role as Team Leader is to make sure that the Individuals that make up the SAFE BARS Project Team are the right people for the job. As the Head of Human Resource Development one of my Objectives is to get the Team ready for the Hui’s (Meetings) that are coming up that we will be attending together.

As in the above Video. I would like to Introduce you all to My Global Project Team for SAFE BARS New Zealand. Each Team Member represents their Country doing their part in bringing this Project to Life in Aotearoa and then we are going to bring it to our Team Members Countries, as we are all in this Together.

This is a Global Community Project ‘SAFE BARS’ and the People that make up My Project Team represent the Countries which are involved in bringing the Hospitality Safety Model to New Zealand and then to the Global Hospitality Industry.
Project SAFE BARS is the Implementation and Operations for a period of 12 Months of the Worlds first Hospo Safety Model is a Really Big Project, and for this We are gathering a Really Big Team to be there with us all the way through.
